WebMail
is our online system which allows you to send and
receive email from anywhere in the world without needing
anything more than an Internet connection and your web
browser. Simply enter your Email address and password
to access your Email account within the WebMail system.
Note: To access WebMail you must have a valid mail box
setup within the WebSiteOS
utility. If you ever forget, lose, or simply are having
trouble accessing WebMail for whatever reason, please
contact our friendly web
hosting tech support department anytime 24 hours
/ day.
WebSiteOS
is your tool to manage most of your web site operations.

WebSiteOS is

There are two versions of the WebSiteOS which you can
use at this time. Version 4 released 11/2001, and version
1, our original release of WebSiteOS. We recommend using
Version 4
as it is much better organized for you and has some
new features to greater assist you. We do still support
Version
1 at this time if you prefer to use it however.
To login to your WebSiteOS, simply enter in your domain
name and your WebSiteOS password. The WebSiteOS password
was sent via email to you when the account was first
created. If you do not have that welcome email handy
at this time, please contact
customer support for assistance to reset your password
for you.
Once logged into Domain
Manager, easily go to the proper sections to make
appropriate changes.

PersonalMail is our online system which allows
you to easily setup Auto Responders and SPAM filtering on
your email box. To access PersonalMail simply go to http://mail.YourDomain.com
where YourDomain is your domain name. From there, enter your
Email address and your password to login. If you ever forget
or lose, your email password, you can reset it from within
the WebSiteOS utility or by contacting our friendly web
hosting tech support department anytime 24 hours / day.

to your WebSiteOS you have many easy to use tools to manage
your web site operating system!
WebSiteOS
Version 1 (our original WebSiteOS)
Easily manage every part of your Domain Record from our
Domain Manager
interface.
A domain is place or address on the Internet much like
your street address is where your home or office is located.
When you register a domain, you provide much information
about you and where your web site is located so that other
computers around the world when they type in your domain
name know where to reach your actual web site. You can manage
one or all of your domains using our Domain Manager.
Information within your domain record which you need to
keep current at all times is your company name, physical
address, phone, fax, and email addresses. As well as whom
is responsible for your domain administrative, technical,
and billing contacts. To simplify things and make it easier
for our web site hosted customers, GlobalMAX provides free
domain registration, transfers, renewals, and management
to all domains that our hosted with one of our GlobalMAX
Hosting.com web site packages. You can however host your
domain with another hosting company and still register your
new domains or transfer them to us and use our Domain Manager
tools.
