- Do you offer
dial-up Internet access?
GlobalMAX
Hosting.com does not offer dial up Internet services by
choice. We are web hosting specialists. We have focused
our efforts on building the easiest to use and best valued
service on the market. We are able to do this because we
do not have to subsidize money losing dial up services with
web hosting services. We focus 100% of our efforts and resources
on providing you with the easiest to use web hosting solution
available.
- What is
Virtual Web Hosting?
GlobalMAX
Hosting.com specializes in Virtual Web Hosting which means
that you can find a home for your web site on our web servers
and establish a presence on the Internet. We will register
your own domain name for you which will become your unique
address on the World Wide Web.
- What is
EasyMail?
EasyMail
removes 100% of the hassle and frustration associated with
administering local mail services by completely eliminating
the need for specialized hardware at your premises. We run
it all for you from our network and give you access to our
innovative EasyMail Wizard! Remote email administration
tools. The EasyMail Wizard! assists you with all aspects
of running a corporate email network. You can change your
employee's Internet email addresses, delete old accounts
and create new ones, all from one simple interface.
- Would I
be able to change and update my web pages on a regular basis?
GlobalMAX
Hosting.com is designed to allow you to update your page
as often as you require. There is no charge for updating
your web site. You have unlimited access via FTP, using
your private id and password, 24-hours a day. As such, you
can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer
and upload files to your web site any time you want.
- How long
does it take to set up a new account?
New
accounts are generally set up within 24 hours from the time
we receive your order. Once an account is set up an activation
notice will be sent to you via email including your user-ID,
password, and FTP host name. You can begin uploading files
to your new web site immediately.
- Can multiple
domain names point to the same account?
Yes,
GlobalMAX Hosting.com customers may order additional domain
names for their existing web hosting accounts. GlobalMAX
Hosting.com will handle the registration or transfer of
the domain name(s) on your behalf. There is a yearly fee
of $40 for each domain name pointed or redirected to the
existing account.
- Who is InterNIC?
The
InterNIC is an independent organization responsible for
holding the registration and routing of Internet domain
names. If you choose to register your domain name with Network
Solutions rather than GlobalMAX Hosting, the registration
fee is $70USD for the first two years and $35/year thereafter
for your virtual domain name. The InterNIC will send you
an invoice via email between 3 weeks to 1-1/2 months after
the domain is registered.
- How do I
place an order?
You
can place
an order for an account directly from our web site 24
hours a day. All orders are received and processed immediately,
and you will receive a confirmation as well as account information
via email. Otherwise, you may contact a GlobalMAX Hosting.com
corporate accounts representative and they will be glad
to assist you.

- How do I
change the font used on my web site I created using the
WebSiteOS Web site Wizard?
To change the font of your text, simply add the "font
face" tag before and after your text. For example,
if you have the text "YOUR TEXT HERE", to change
it to Arial font, you would change
